Pickup and Delivery Policy

By reading this policy, I agree and acknowledge these Terms and Conditions: ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Once your order has been picked up or delivered to (you or designee party), Guilty Pleasure Desserts will not be responsible/liable for any damage (s) done to your order. I agree and acknowledge that I will pay a $35 late fee, if I arrive past the 15-minutes grace period, I am given after my set pick up or delivery time. The late fee must be paid prior to you or the designee party receiving the desserts/treats. Please choose a time and date you can commit to. Please respect your time and mine. Guilty Pleasure Desserts is very specific with timing and need to stay on specific routine. Each business day is planned around each individuals set pick up or delivery time, that was chosen at checkout. Guilty Pleasure Desserts understands that life happens, and some events are uncontrollable. Therefore, communication is very important.
